Prime Physique Fitness Specialists is one of the pioneers of circuit training classes in the Bay Area and have mastered the art of group fitness. We first introduced the PrimeFit Program in the summer of 1997 with tremendous success and results!
Now after 10 great years of providing the PrimeFit Program to our clients, we have completely redesigned this fantastic program! As of September 1st, 2007 we will launch the ALL NEW PrimeFit Program and open more PrimeFit classes in the morning and evenings so that we can improve the fitness levels of the South Bay Area. The improvements we have set into this great program will only help you to get better results...FASTER!

Each 45 Minute PrimeFit Class is held at Prime Physique's Personal Fitness Center and is instructed by an experienced Fitness Specialist. The program includes:
- 5 Minute Cardio Warm-up
- 25 Minutes of Heart Pumping Circuit Training
- 10 Minutes of Cardiovascular Interval Training
- 5 Minutes of Super Core Conditioning
Advantages of our small group circuit style classes include being effective, fun, convenient, and affordable. Your workout will include weight training, abdominal and core conditioning, stability and balance, stretching and flexibility, and cardiovascular conditioning. Each class is different so that you stay motivated and your body keeps showing improvement.
