Brett's BBQ Rub-

Use an electric coffee grinder to mix this powder BBQ rub. Rub it on the meats of your choice prior to grilling. This rub works great on chicken, fish, and beef! 2 Tbsp. Rock/Kosher Salt 2 Tbsp. Paprika 1 Tbsp. Chili Powder 1 Tbsp. Pepper Corns 2 Tbsp. Granulated Garlic 1 Tbsp. Dried Oregano Grind in a coffee grinder (preferably one that is not used for coffee!) Enjoy!
