Dijon Salmon- Quick and easy, this recipe may be made larger if you want more fish. The recipe is very light as far as calories and fat, but remember that Salmon has more fat than most other fish. 1 Salmon Filet 1 Tbs. Chopped Garlic 1 Tbs. Butter Substitute (I Can't Believe It's Not...) 1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt 2 Tbs. Dijon Mustard 1 Tbs. Rice Vinegar 1 Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1/2 Tsp. Fresh Cracked Pepper 1/2 Tsp. Paprika 1 Tsp. Dry Vermouth 3 Tbs. White Wine Mix ingredients (other than fish). Grill fish for about 5 minutes with the skin side up, then turn fish so the skin side is down and spoon mixture over fish (make sure to coat entire fish). Finish cooking fish, but do not over cook. |
