Rumiaki-

I call this Rumiaki because it is a great marinade based in a simple Teriyaki sauce and dark rum. Very good, very easy and very powerful! Use this marinade on fish, chicken, or beef. Mix together: 1/2 Cup Teriyaki sauce - Thick kind of your choice 1/4 Cup Dark Rum - quality counts 1 Tbsp. Fresh chopped garlic 1 Tbsp fresh chopped green onion - onion and stem 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger 1/2 tsp. white pepper 1/2 tsp. cracked black pepper 1 tsp. Sesame oil Marinade in the mixture and grill food, pouring remaining mixture over meat after turning. Marinade less time for fish and more for meat. Recipe by Brett A. Riesenhuber
