Grilled Zucchini-

Slice your zucchini lengthwise about 1/4 inch thick, and be careful not to cut your fingers off!

Brush or spray lightly with olive oil.

Season with:
Kosher Salt
Pepper
Granulated Garlic (www.Penzeys.com)
Paprika

Grill each side over your BBQ grill for 3-5 minutes making sure the strips are lined up against the grain of the grills (then they don't fall in).
